Roadcamping.com Campground and RV Park directory was created to help RVers find good campgrounds by highway route or by town name. Since GPS technology becoming mainstream for the RV traveler, we are in the process of geocoding all the campgrounds in America. Since many campgrounds do not have a traditional address, this task proved to be a difficult but not impossible task. By the summer of 2008, our goal should be completed. Campground Owners and operators can assist us by gathering the GPS coodintates for their campground and adding them to their free listing on RoadCamping.

This campground directory was also created as an alternative to other expensive campground directories. Some other directories charge campground owners hundreds of dollars and produce questionable results. This directory is free so we need the help of campground owners ,or others who appreciate this free service, to add links to Roadcamping on their web sites, mention us in blogs and comment on this site on RV newsgroups.
