Campground: Mt. View R.V. Park
Located in the Chugiak Mountain Range, nestled up against Lazy Mountain. Guest's are not suprised to find Moose walking through the Park. Watching Sheep & Moose graze along the scenic mountains is easy & exciting. Mt. View R. V. Park is located approximately 40 miles North of Anchorage, and/or three miles East of Palmer on Smith Road via the scenic Old Glenn Highway. The Old Glenn Highway can be located at mile 29 Glenn Highway or mile 42 Glenn Highway (Arctic Blvd - Palmer). Smith Road is at approximately mile 16 Old Glenn Highway or three miles from Palmer.
