| Located 13 miles west of Live Oak, off U.S. 90, northwest of Lake City, in North Central Florida.
Facilities & Activities:
Full Facility Camping: picnic tables, electric, & grill provided at all 30 campsites located in family campground. Restroom with hot showers within close proximity. Inquire at ranger station for availability of firewood & ice. Pets allowed in campground.
Youth Group camping is available.
Pet camping is available.
RV's: 31 campsites available. Can accommodate RV type campers & tent campers at most sites depending upon size of each camping rig. Each site is equipped with electrical hookups (20 & 30 Amps), H2O, picnic table, & ground grill fire ring. Dump station located within campground facility. All campers must register at Ranger Station.
Cabins: five full service cabins which sleep six & include dishwasher, fireplace & large screened porch. Please note that pets are not allowed in the cabins.

Boat ramps are available for various watercrafts, including boats, canoes, & kayaks. Rental of watercraft not available at the park.
Canoeing & Kayaking: both upper portions of the Suwannee River Canoe Trail & the Withlacoochee River Canoe Trail begin in Georgia & end in park. Lower Suwannee River Canoe Trail begins at park & ends in Gulf of Mexico.
Fishing: along the bank of Suwannee River. Catfish, bass, & panfish. Florida freshwater fishing license required for persons 16 years of age & older.
Nature Trails: Suwannee River Trail winds along high banks of river & along Lime Sink Run. Interpretive labels explain hammock & its various plants & animals for those who take self-guided tour. Sandhills Trail takes visitors from the picnic area to Columbus Cemetery. Open forest of pines contrasts with hardwood hammock along river trail. A section of this trail runs along route of old stage road, which ran from Pensacola to Jacksonville & was major route of travel in the early 1800s. Note: All trails for foot traffic only. Vehicles & horses not permitted.
Picnicking: two picnic pavilions available in addition to individual picnic tables & grills. Picnic tables & grills standard at 31 campsites located in family campground.
