| Crittenden Park, located on the east shore of Big Lake, has picnicking, swimming, & camping facilities for the entire family. The park is grassy with many large, pleasant shade trees throughout. 60 modern campsites, with H2O & electricity & 40 primitive campsites combine to offer a complete camping experience. A beautiful grassy beach & neighboring DNR boat launch facility give access to all H2O sports & excellent fishing on Big Lake. The playground contains swings, a merry-go-round, slide, basketball & volleyball. Crittenden Park has modern restrooms, a camp store, & a dump station. Reservations are accepted for campsites, & a pavillion is available for reunions or other events. |
