Lake Lowndes State Park offers complete recreational facilities for individuals, families, & groups. Located on a beautiful 150-acre lake, the park offers unlimited opportunities for fishing & camping, as well as complete facilities for football, tennis, softball, & other organized sports. Mississippi University for Women (The "W") & Mississippi State University (MSU) are just a short drive to the west, making Lake Lowndes State Park the perfect place to stay during a football weekend at MSU or while visiting either campus.
