| Description: Closed for 2001 season for total reconstruction.
40 campsites, some with RV pull-throughs, & two picnic areas on Holland Lake. Fishing for cutthroat & kokanee. Swimming, waterskiing & boating are also popular. Hike on a 1/2 mile nature trail, or head east on the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail, which goes around the end of the lake to the waterfalls above the lake, & continues into the Bob Marshall Wilderness via Upper Holland Lake.
Location: From the town of Seely Lake, go 21 miles north on MT-83, & about three miles east on Holland Lake County Road, then 0.5 miles northeast on Forest Road 44.
Season: mid May - mid September. |
