Campground: Emery Bay Campground
Description: 3,600 foot elevation. 26 sites with a great view of Hungry Horse Reservoir. Fishing for trout & whitefish in the huge reservoir, waterskiing, & sailing. Boat ramp is accessible in a 2WD vehicle with a trailer. This is bear country, so please adhere to bear-safe camping procedures & keep your food cleaned up & secured. Location: From the town of Hungry Horse, go east on US two about 1/2 mile & go south about six miles along the east side of Hungry Horse Reservoir on Forest Road 38. Season: May 15 - September 30.
