Campground: Delmoe Lake Campground
Description: 25 campsites on Delmoe Lake, right outside of Butte. Fishing for Yellowstone cutthroat in the lake. The hills here are covered with old mining & logging roads, which can be explored on foot, horse, or mountain bike. Location: From Butte, go south about six miles to the Homestake exit (#233), then go ten miles east on Forest Road 222. Season: Memorial Day - September 15. Reservations: NO.
