| Hinckley Reservoir is a 7-mile-long, man-made drinking H2O reservoir. Recreational activities on the lake include: boating & personal watercraft, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, tubing & “boarding”. The lake has provided us with a sandy beach that our campers love! Our beach is private & just for our campers Monday through Friday. Saturday & Sunday we are open to the public. Because it is a drinking H2O reservoir, the lake level fluctuates based on H2O demand. When the lake level is high — recreational boating is the primary focus as well as fishing & swimming. When the H2O level is down — we just have more beach!! No matter what the lake level—Trail’s end will remain that great spot off the beaten path that makes the trip worthwhile! |
