Description: 4120-foot elevation. seven campsites, including three tent-only sites. Motor boating, canoeing, & fishing in Phillips Lake. Use is low except in hunting season. Hunting for pheasant, deer, & elk A boat ramp is at the end of Forest Road 2220, at Southwest Shore campground. A hiking trail circles the lake. Location: From Baker City, go 22 miles southwest on OR 7, two miles south on County Road 667 & three miles east on Forest Road 2220. Season: late May - mid-November. Fee: no. Reservations: NO.
