Campground: Quinn Meadow Horse Camp

Description: 5100-foot elevation. 24 campsites between two creeks, with horse stalls for those planning to ride into the Three Sisters Wilderness or through the forest. Up to 15 sites can be reserved at once, for group use. The wilderness trail leads north from the campground & connects to the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail; a non-wilderness trail passes east of Hosner Lake to the south, & also branches north to Devils Lake. You must have at least three horses but no more than four horses to rent a 4-stall horse corral, & at least one horse but no more than two horses to rent a 2-stall horse corral. All horses must be kept in a stall when not riding; not hobbled or tied to trees or picket lines. Horses may be watered only at the designated watering hole in Sink Creek. Location: From Bend, go about 31 miles west & south on County Road 46 (Cascade Lakes Highway). Season: June - September. Fee: see notes.
