Campground: Triangle Lake Equestrian Campground
Description: 4560-foot elevation. eight campsites for horse campers. Horse packing on the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. South of the campground, the trail leads through the lake-filled Olallie Scenic area & into the Mount Jefferson Wilderness. To the north of the campground, the trail crosses a segment of the Warm Springs Tribal Lands & the back into the Mount Hood National Forest. Location: From Estacada, go 27 miles southeast on OR 224, 19 miles east on Forest Road 46, eight miles southeast on FR 4691, & 2.5 miles south on FR 4220. Season: May one - September 5. Fee: no.
