| Description: 4160-foot elevation. 14 campsites where the North Umpqua River flows into the Lemolo Reservoir. Fishing for kokanee salmon, brook, brown, & rainbow trout. The lake is deep enough for waterskiing. Hiking trails nearby lead to Lemolo Falls, the North Umpqua River National Recreation Trail, & the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. Boat ramp at Poole Creek Campground.
In the winter, cross-country skiers enjoy several easy, groomed trails from the lake. Most of these trails generally follow existing Forest Service roads. A sno-park permit is required to park at the trailhead (at Lemolo Resort) in the winter.
Location: From Roseburg, go 72 miles east on OR 138, three miles north on Forest Road 2610, then 2.5 miles on FR 2614.
