Campground: Odessa Campground
Description: 4100-foot elevation. five campsites on Upper Klamath Lake. A primitive boat ramp offers access to the lake for canoes & car-top boats. Upper Klamath Lake is an excellent place for viewing a wide variety of waterfowl, such as white pelicans , great blue herons, & sandhill cranes. Fishing is fantastic for trophy-sized rainbow trout. Hunting for ducks & other waterfowl in season. Location: From Klamath Falls, go 22 miles northwest on OR 140, then one mile south on Forest Road 3639. Season: June eight - September 3. Reservations: NO.
