Description: 1500-foot elevation. 15 campsites in an old-growth forest on Salmon Creek. This is an extremely scenic riparian area, with deep pools, small waterfalls, & abundant wildflowers. Picking thimbleberries & hazelnuts in season. Some picnic areas & the viewpoint are wheelchair-accessible. Kayaking, fishing, & swimming in Salmon Creek. Location: From Oakridge, go on Forest Road 24 (Salmon Creek Road). Season: April - October. Reservations: NO.
