Campground: Oregon Parks & Recreation Department, Farewell Bend State Recreation Area
Description: Campground facilities include 93 RV sites with electric hookup, 45 primitive sites, three walk-in camp sites; three covered wagons, four tepees, two cabins, & two group tent areas. Other facilities incude an ampitheater for evening educational programs during the summer, horseshoe pits, basketball hoops, & a volleyball court. The nature trail is wheelchair-accessible. Location: From Ontario, go 25 miles northwest on I-84 to exit #343. Season: March - November. Fee: $3 day use, $25 annual pass,for camping, see notes. Higher campground rates apply from May one - September 30. Maximum site length is 56 feet. Annual pass is valid for all Oregon State Parks which charge a day use fee.
