Campground: Nehalem Bay State Park
Description: Ride your horse on the beach, kayak in the sea, fish or crab in the bay, & bike on the trail. This serene park boasts white sand beaches, & a fantastic view of Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. While pursuing your pleasure here, keep an eye peeled for the numerous shorebirds & sea birds, coyotes, deer & elk. The campground has 284 sites with electric hookup, nine yurts; 17 horse camp sites; hiker/biker camp; & a fly-in camp adjacent to the airstrip. Location: From Manzanita Junction, go three miles south on US 101. Season: year round. Fee: $3 day use; see notes for camping.
