Campground: Kettle Creek State Park
In 1962, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers opened the Alvin R. Bush Dam for flood protection for the lower Susquehanna watershed. The area above the dam was developed for recreation & administered by the Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks.
