| Located on the shores of the historic Duck River, the park provides hours of recreational enjoyment for the day or a weekend getaway in picturesque, pastoral Middle Tennessee. Southeast of Nashville.
From Nashville, take I-65 South to Columbia/Chapel Hill exit #46 & travel East on Hwy. 412 to 431 South, take a right onto 431S & travel approximately 3/4 - one mile, taking a left on Highway 99. Follow Highway 99 until it dead-ends at Highway 31A. Turn right & travel approximately one mile. Park entrance is on the left.

75 campsites situated along the Duck River, designated a state scenic river. Twenty-one sites are primitive camp sites recommended for tents only. There is a large group site for primitive camping. The other 54 sites have tables, grills, H2O spigots & electrical hook-ups. Campers are served by two modern bathhouses & a dump station for self-contained trailer rigs.
All campsites are available on a first come-first served basis. Campers can set up on vacant sites & a seasonal camp attendant or Park Ranger will visit to the site to register users, usually in the late afternoon. The stay limit is two weeks.
