Over twenty years ago, God blessed us with the stewardship of this place we now call Shady Oaks, a vacation & retirement RV Park located in the Highland Lakes area of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. For this blessing, our desire is to honor Him & His will for this park & our lives. Our goal has been to make Shady Oaks a place where one can experience a little piece of heaven in this sometimes hectic world. The main focus at Shady Oaks is on fishing & the enjoyment of wildlife, nature, peace, & quiet. For the angler, Shady Oaks is a fisherman's dream - catfish, crappie, white, black, & striper bass provide unique fishing experiences for all ages.
