| Carved out of the woods, the campground, better known as "THE CAMPGROUND WITH ELBOW ROOM" pleads guilty of extra large sites, we cater to all sizes of camping units, no size too small or too large. We have a quiet & relaxing atmosphere for those wishing to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city or a change of pace. Swim in our spring-fed pond or our new pool, play horseshoes, volleyball, badminton or video games in our game room. The younger set will enjoy our playground with a simulated space ship.
18 Hole Golf Course at Lake Morey. Canoe or fish the Conn. River with boat access located two miles from the campground or at Lake Morey or Lake Fairlee. Hike the Appalachian Trail or our own state forest or at Union Village Dam, one mile from the campground. Covered bridges are nearby including two right here in Thetford |
