| Description: 603 acres on Lake Cushman, at the southern end of the Olympic Range. A sandy beach lines the shore, but most of the park is forested mountain foothills. Boating in Lake Cushman, & fishing for bass, bullhead, salmon, & trout. Waterskiing, jet skiing, sailboarding, & swimming are also popular water-based activities. Hiking & mountain biking on 13 miles of trails. Mushrooming is also a popular activity.
82 campsites, including 52 tent sites & 32 sites with full RV hookup. Other facilities include a horseshoe pit, a volleyball court, & an ampitheater for interpretive activities. Interpretive programs in the summer include Saturday evening programs, junior ranger programs, & sing-alongs. In the winter, facilities are closed, but the park is open to snowshoeing & cross-country skiing.
Location: From Hoodsport, go seven miles northwest on WA 119.
