| Trail's End Resort & Campground has been owned & operated by the Horman family since 1969. As a guest of ours, you will receive the personal attention that will make your vacation as special as we would want our own to be. Many of our guests have returned year after year to make Trail's End a family tradition.
Trail's End Resort is located on Lac Courte Oreilles, (pronounced Lake Couderay), that was formed by the Wisconsin glacier over 10,000 years ago. This lake, along with Grindstone, Whitefish, & Little Lac Courte Oreilles make up the Lac Courte Oreilles chain of lakes.
Beginning in 1996, following a tradition of trophy musky fishing, a legal musky on Lac Courte Oreilles must be at least 50" long. What great trophy potential this will have for future generations! There is also plenty of action for those who try for fish in a smaller class. Crappies, northern, large & small mouth bass & walleye are also found in the crystal clear waters of Lac Courte Oreilles. |
